Save the Date! Waste Free Greenwich, in partnership with St. Catherine of Siena Church Social Justice Committee, will host an evening of innovative fine dining with a cause at their Zero Waste Dinner on Thursday, October 16th from 6:00-8:30 pm at St. Catherine of Siena Church in Riverside, CT.

The event aims to raise awareness about wasted food, a critical issue with far-reaching impacts. Each course of the meal will showcase ingredients that are rescued, repurposed and upcycled, and every detail of the dinner from food service ware to table décor is designed to reduce waste and encourage sustainable habits

Among the evening's many highlights, four-time James Beard Foundation Award winner, Chef Michel Nischan of Wholesome Wave will deliver the keynote address, and Thomas McQuillan, sustainability expert and Vice President of Client Strategy at Denali Water Solutions, will emcee the event. Proceeds will support the mission of Waste Free Greenwich, as well as benefit Wholesome Wave and Food Rescue US, Fairfield County.
